- All ages.
- Reward available to each Parkland Community Health Plan member who registers for a Member Portal account.
- Reward available only one time per member.
- To spend reward points, members will also need to register for a Parkland Rewards account.
- Reward points are automatically awarded in about 3 months.
- Activity must be completed between September 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024 to earn this reward.
- Reward points can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog.
- Reward points cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco. Points have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
