$60 value per pregnancy when you receive your postpartum checkup within 7-84 days of delivery while enrolled with Parkland Community Health Plan.
Reward Details
- Postpartum checkup must be completed between 7 and 84 days after giving birth.
- Reward eligible for HEALTHfirst (STAR Medicaid) members only.
- Reward available once per pregnancy.
- Reward points are automatically awarded in about 3 months.
- Activity must be completed between September 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024 to earn this reward.
- Reward points can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog.
- Reward points cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
